LEADING A MOVEMENT OF

CHANGE

There is a huge gap in homeownership between Black Americans and their counterparts. Only 44% of Black Americans were homeowners at the beginning of 2020, compared to 74% of White Americans. Not only Black Americans, the homeownership rates of Latino, LGBTQ and adult men and women under the age of 35 are below 49%.

Homeownership rates largely correlate with wealth gaps across racial, ethnic, and minority groups in the United States. In order to close the wealth gap, we need to expand homeownership opportunities.

As part of our nationwide movement to increase homeownership rates to 75%, we are unlocking the doors to possibility, opportunity, and generational wealth. As we reach the goal of having loan officers in every neighborhood, more families will be able to get ahead, and communities will benefit from the increased number of homebuyers.

75% FOR ALL

OPPORTUNITY AS IT SHOULD BE:

FOR EVERYONE

75% FOR ALL

OPPORTUNITY AS IT SHOULD BE:

FOR EVERYONE

According to Jorge and Chet, one of the best parts about America is that we get to create our own future; that we can take ownership of our choices and the people we become.

Additionally, they teach that ownership of choices increases when everyone has access to opportunity and wealth creation, which is what the 75 For All movement is all about.

People out there want to “own it.” No one wants to sit idly by as their life unfolds. Almost everyone wants to get involved and stay engaged, especially with their family and in their community.

That’s why they started 75 For All, so everyone can achieve homeownership and have equal access to the opportunities.
